Job description
Our client is seeking a knowledgable, dynamic candidate with approximately 3-5 years of experience working with TRUST Tax Return as well as Individual High Net Worth Tax Returns as well as Estate Planning.

Director of Tax and Trust Services will be responsible

??Ensure timely and accurate reporting of client tax information to their return preparer
??Direct collection and Transmission of "Tax Package" (1099's, K-1s, deductible expenses, etc).
??Protect confidential and sensitive identity information in the course of this work
??Work with client accountants to improve Tax Package and make delivery efficient and product usable.
??Prepare information for estimates over the course of the tax year.
??Send information to return preparer
??As requested, make rough estimates and assist with calculations for cash reserve targets
??Coordinate key task management for trusts where a Managing Director is acting as trustee
??Tax return filing
??Required notices to beneficiaries or other parties
??Required distributions of income or fixed amount
??Assist with trust services and planning functions to extent time permits given the key tasks above, for example:
??Review trust files for required actions
??Assist in preparation of estate analyses
??Direct report to Managing Director in charge of Tax and Trust Services with additional reports to Advisor tasked w/ Tax and Trust Service responsibilities

Who we are looking for
Candidate should have sound knowledge on Tax for HNW Individuals and Trust Tax exposure.
??Bachelor's Degree, CPA ideal but not required
??3-5 years experience, ideally in Big 4
